Did you save the hair to make arm pit wigs?

That is very noble of you! People take such thing as hair forgranted when in reality it means the world to so many children with cancer. I cut my hair yesterday but it wasn't long enough to donate otherwise I would have too. I totally love the dessert on your top pic....are those strawberries???? Yum..I love them! Oh and we have something very neat in common...I love Chai tea!!!! Ok I need some dessert with a cup of chai tea and a good book on this cloudy day!!!! Have a beautiful day:D

Hugs, Susan

I LOVE IT! Becky did this a couple years ago, and, she really felt great about doing it. I'm so proud of you! It's wonderful that someone, or several someones (that's a lot of hair lady!) will benefit from your beautiful gift!

Thanks Susan and Jen! Susan- the dessert at the top is strawberries. It was a Martha Stewart recipe for strawberry shortcake cookies, but they didn't turn out exactly like I thought they should, so I dumped the rest in a pie plate and baked it! Glad to meet a fellow chai tea lover! Have a great day!

I was so excited to do mine a few years ago only to have the salon director tell me they can't take dyed hair. i was so bummed. I still have the long pony tail somewhere.

you look great

Locks of Love does take dyed hair. That is the first thing on their list of questions/answers. Maybe they didn't take it then, but they do now. If you find your hair, you could send it in!
