THAT'S WHAT THOSE ARE!!! I have seen them blooming all over lately and really wanted to get some but didn't know their name, now I know!!! YAY!!! I love them, they are very pretty!!!
i saw a whole bunch of these bushes on the way to our birthday party on saturday. i knew their names only because of you posting this picture. they are very yellow and very pretty.
