New Recipe Monday

This past week I tried several new recipes. One of them was "Easy Apple Pie Rolls". I found the recipe for them here. These were pretty good. I made them for breakfast, but they could also be considered more of a dessert. Around here, those two words are synonymous. :) It was a little strange to put the dough into a pan full of liquid, but as you can see from the picture above, the rolls do soak up quit a bit of the liquid and what's left is like apple pie filling.

Now that I'm not working (away from home that is!), I've found my love of cooking again. I had lost it there for awhile. I have so many recipes saved and bookmarked and cut out that I could probably try something new every day and never run out! I hope to share more of the recipes I try on here, at least the good ones!
