Here is what we are planning on having this week:
Monday- Oven fried chicken, pineapple chunks, buttermilk biscuits
Tuesday- Roast in the crock pot with potatoes, carrots, and onions over noodles
Wednesday- Spaghetti and meatballs, carrots and garlic bread
Thursday- Corn Dog Casserole and applesauce
Friday- Pizza

Mmm, Oven Fried Chicken, that sounds like a good one. Spaghetti and Meatballs is another one of my family's favorites. I'm glad that we didn't have to give up that one when we change our diet.

That would be hot dog buns with butter and garlic powder/salt.
